In case Russia attacked Ukraine, a senior White House official said, the United States was willing to "respond" to potential requests for an increase in its military presence.

Today, the United States confirmed that the upcoming talks between U.S. Presidents Joe Biden and Russian Vladimir Putin will address issues of common concern, most notably the Iranian nuclear issue and strategic stability.

During his campaign launch, which he called "Restore the Country," he gave his first speech as a candidate in front of some 13,0000 supporters, a video of the moment when the French presidential candidate, Eric Zamor, was attacked by a person, went viral on social media in France.

Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Saeed Khatib Zadeh said: "Our texts are completely negotiable," adding at the same time: "We have seen some inaction and non-fulfilment of commitments by other parties."

Referring to the continuing obstacles to reviving the 2015 agreement between the major powers and Iran, from which Washington withdrew, US Secretary of State Anthony Plinkin said that the signals from the Vienna nuclear talks were "not encouraging."
