A press crew belonging to the Russian Channel One was assaulted in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and one of its members suffered a concussion, without the police being involved

The news agency "Novosti" quoted the channel's correspondent, that the attack took place while the press team was trying to photograph places and shops that were subjected to looting in the city.

The reporter said that a group of people opened the doors of the press team's car before leaving the scene and got into it and tried to dismantle the photographic equipment, and attacked the journalists, and after leaving the place, the journalists informed the police of what happened, but the last two refused to go with them to the scene, under the pretext that this poses a danger.
