In Chicago, Illinois, a 20-year-old man surprised everyone and hung a rope from a high rise in the Trump Tower in the city, demanding to speak with the US President.

The American "Chicago Sun Times" newspaper reported that the young man was suspended by a rope from a balcony on the sixteenth floor of the skyscraper.

And police officers who arrived at the scene suggested that the young man had taken precautions to secure himself from falling.

A Chicago city police spokesman said a specialist was negotiating with the young man to bring him down, while city police had blocked traffic around Trump Tower.

A large crowd of onlookers gathered nearby, and some thought that what was happening was just a scene being filmed from a new movie on Batman
