"The Hill" website stated that after the electoral college approved the victory of the Democratic candidate for the American presidency, Joe Biden, the latter will call in a patriotic speech for the American nation to "turn the page on the elections."

According to excerpts obtained by the site, Biden will praise the electoral college in his speech for "his resilience despite the tremendous pressure from President Donald Trump and his allies to disrupt the system."

Biden will say that "in this battle for the soul of America, democracy prevailed ... We the people have voted and our faith in our institutions still exists and the integrity of our elections remains unchanged. Thus, the time has come now to turn the page ... for unification and healing."
