After being accused of publishing "inflammatory content," the Iranian authorities released the famous actress Taraneh alidosti, who was arrested last month, after she declared her sympathy for the anti-government protests.

Actress Taraneh alidosti, pictured receiving congratulations from her friends, appeared uncovered outside Evin prison, in Tehran.

The actress, who is 38 years old, took advantage of the release on bail

She had posted her photo on social media without a headscarf and condemned the execution of the first protester.

Many Iranian actors, musicians and celebrities expressed their support for the protests that broke out almost four months ago, following the death of mehsa Amini while being detained by the morality police for not wearing a hijab "correctly".

The authorities called the protests "riots" supported by foreign powers, and responded to them violently.

So far, 516 people have been killed there, including 70 children, and the security services have arrested another 19,250 people, according to the human rights News Agency "harana". The agency also counted the deaths of 68 members of the security services.

Last month, authorities executed two people on Loose security charges.

Human rights organizations condemned the trial, calling it a "serious judicial error". There were reports that they confessed under torture.

Before her arrest, Taraneh alidosti urged people to make their voices heard against the execution of the first protester, Mohsen shukari.

She wrote on her Instagram account: "every international organization watches the bloodshed and does nothing, but its existence is a disgrace to humanity". Her account, which is followed by millions, was subsequently disabled.

In November, she was photographed with her hair uncovered and holding a sign that read: "Women, life, freedom," the main slogan of the protest movement.

Taraneh alidosti is one of the most successful Iranian actors. She performed the role of the heroine in the film "the seller", for which she received an Oscar for the best foreign film.

She stopped working to help the families of protesters killed by the security services, and previously vowed to stay in Iran no matter what.

State media says Tran has not provided documents proving her claims

The authorities also released on bail two other actresses-Hengameh kadiani and katayun Riahi - who were arrested in November for supporting the protests.
