The office of Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett stated that he had left the Emirates he was visiting on Sunday and Monday, where he extended an invitation to Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed to visit Israel, adding that the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi had agreed to do so.

In a graphic speech before heading to Israel, Bennett said: "I conclude a very important visit to the Emirates. I would like to thank Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed for the special welcome and for the deep, sincere and substantive talks. "

He continued: "During the course of the day, we have spoken of a force for both countries, that our goal is to expand relations so that there can be peace not only between leaders but between our peoples."

This is the first announced visit of any Israeli Prime Minister to the Emirates ever.

Ben Zayed and Bennett discussed bilateral cooperation and development opportunities in various areas of investment, economic, trade and development, in particular agriculture, food security, renewable energy, high technology, health and other vital sectors of mutual interest, within the framework of the Brahimi Peace Agreement signed last year by the parties.

Just before the talks, the Israeli Ambassador to the Emirates, Amir Hayek, said that Bennett would discuss with Al-Nahyan the issue of Iran, which, according to multiple sources, was one of the most prominent factors that led the Emirates and Israel to sign a peace treaty in September 2020 under the auspices of the United States.
