In a statement, Libyan Foreign Affairs said that "the Ministry of Foreign Affairs confirms that this news, which is intended to confuse the work of the Ministry, requires all media to investigate honesty and objectivity in the transmission of such news before it is circulated or published."
In its statement, the Ministry refuted reports of the decision to appoint some advisers to embassies abroad, warning of the false news circulating through social media platforms.
