Daïe, 55, had been charged on 22 October with terrorism. The investigations revealed "an alarming coup d'état aimed at taking over the Elysée Palace, with the help of many supporters of Daïe and a large paramilitary organization."
For its part, France Tifi Info revealed that Daïe's scheme was described as "secret," called "Operation Azure" and was "highly organized."

He continued: "Dayeh was leading Operation Azure from his home in Malaysia, where he formed a secret organization of dozens of people to participate in his project."
The secret organization included "civilians and military personnel with real weapons and a recruitment plan." The military team is headed by two soldiers from the French army. "
He added: "Operation Azure was disturbing, although no date was set for the day of the coup."
