Two buses collide near the town of kafrin in central Senegal

38 people were killed, while 87 others were injured

"It was a serious accident" and that there were "125 victims, 38 of whom died,"said Fire Service Operations Officer Colonel Sheikh fall.

Road accidents are frequent in Senegal, mainly due to the negligence of drivers, the poor condition of roads and outdated cars, according to experts.

However, this incident is considered one of the worst in the last few years in terms of the number of victims.
