The “Egyptian-Russian ” symbol of friendship and peace, designed by the Russian architect Yuri Omelter Shenko, with its picturesque view of Lake Nasser and the High Dam, is a story about the charming “Philosophy Temple”, a scene that combines civilization in the past and creativity of the present.

The exceptional edifice was built in 1967, as it is located in the highest buildings in Egypt, as its length exceeds the Cairo Tower and is equal in height. The edifice takes the form of a lotus flower with its five leaves, as each "leaf" symbolizes one of the different stages of the Egyptian civilization.
