"We are expanding our presence in Europe by opening a new office in Dublin," the company said in the blog,"we intend to expand our team this year in Ireland".

In the blog, the company praised the"tech ecosystem and startups in Dublin and cities such as Cork, Galway and Limerick".

She expressed her readiness to "cooperate with the government in its national strategy for artificial intelligence, work with startups and researchers".

The San Francisco-based group opened a branch in London in June, its first office outside the United States.

A large number of major US technology companies choose Ireland to set up their headquarters in the European Union, because of its tax facilities.

"OpenAI" is facing a decline in the popularity of "chat GBT", after the historical enthusiasm that this program received after its availability over the internet.

The company is also facing increasing resistance from other media and platforms for the ethical and societal impact of its programs.
