According to documents seen by CNBC, Google announced that it will cut fitness classes, the number of staplers and tape provided to employees, and reduce the frequency of employee PC replacements.

Borat explained that one of the company's important goals in 2023 is to provide lasting savings by improving speed and efficiency.

Coinciding with the cost-cutting measures is Alphabet, the owner of Google, towards implementing one of the largest cost-cutting operations in the company over the course of its trading in the stock market in two decades.

In January, the company announced job cuts of about 12,000 or 6% of the workforce.

Borat described job cuts as the most difficult decision in the company's history, but at the same time indicated its importance as a result of the company's recent growth levels as well as the difficult economic environment.
