Russian radio amateur Dmitry Pashkov has questioned the US test of the innovative water engine on the MOMENTUS-X1 satellite in space.

The Russian amateur wrote on his website, "Based on the open data of the North American Air Defense Command NORAD, the MOMENTUS-X1 satellite did not perform any maneuvers in orbit."

According to the program documents Pashkov refers to, the device was supposed to lower its orbit as part of the experimental test program of Momentus Vigoride's innovative hydro-thermic microwave drive.

It is reported that this company raised 34 million dollars for the innovation and testing of this engine. After launching the small moon 16U cubesat, the company announced the success of the water engine test, and that it plans to organize a $ 1.2 billion stock sale.

It should be noted that the satellite MOMENTUS-X1 was launched from Vostochny Space Airport on July 5, 2019 by the Soyuz-2.1b transport missile.
