American model of Armenian descent, Kim Kardashian, announced that she will donate $ 1 million to the war victims in Karabakh, calling on followers and fans to do the same with assistance and awareness.

She explained that the assistance is by raising funds according to the ability of the "Armenia Fund", which it itself participates in supervising, with the aim of ensuring food, medicine and shelter for the victims in this tense region. She said the help could also be spreading awareness, including on social media.

"My thoughts and prayers are with brave men, women and children. I want everyone to remember that despite the distance that separates us, we are not bound by borders and together we create a single, comprehensive Armenian nation," Kardashian added in a video posted on her Instagram page.

It is noteworthy that an armed conflict broke out in the Karabakh region on September 27th between Azerbaijan and the regional forces supported by Armenia, causing serious regional tension with highly sensitive international repercussions.
