Russian President Vladimir Putin announced that Moscow is satisfied with the level of its cooperation with Washington in the field of combating terrorism.

In statements he made to journalist Pavel Zarubin within the framework of the "Moscow - Kremlin - Putin" program, which was broadcast on Russian television, today, Sunday, the head of state indicated that the information provided by the United States repeatedly contributed to thwarting terrorist attacks in Russia and had previously thanked his American counterpart Donald Trump, for this help.

And Putin continued: "We, on our side, seek to pay back what we owe in exchange for that. We have an agreement with the American president in this regard."

The Russian president expressed his hope that cooperation between the two countries in this field would be better than it is now, but its level is "good in general."
