Chief Josep Borrell sent a strong warning to Moscow of the dangerous results if Russia escalated the war in the region after the attack on the Kremlin

Borrell said during a meeting of EU ministers in charge of development affairs:

“We call on Russia not to use this supposed attack as an excuse to continue the escalation of the war, as this matter raises our concern. Because it can be used to justify mobilizing more soldiers and launching more attacks against Ukraine,” according to “Agence France Presse.”

He added, “I saw pictures and listened to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky. He confirmed the absence of Ukraine's involvement.
