In an evolution of events between Russia on the one hand and European countries and the United States on the other, following the Russian wars in Ukraine, the Russian Space
Agency, Ross Cosmos, published photographs and coordinates of "decision-making centers" in the West, taken from the Resors-P satellite.
The photos show the White House and the U.S. Department of Defense headquarters in Washington, the conference center where NATO leaders hold their summit in Madrid, the British Department of Defense, the Reichstag and the federal adviser in Berlin, as well as the Champs-Elysees in Paris.
The images with a spike in the Russian threat towards the West came in response to a counter-escalation in the Spanish capital, revealed by the intention of NATO leaders gathered in Madrid to strengthen the Alliance's defence capabilities in the face of any possible Russian threat.
Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin said Russia was ready to strike decision-making positions in the West.
However, Putin refused to refer to events that could provoke such a reaction, stressing that Kiev was well aware of what was happening.
Members of the United States-led NATO alliance do not hide the fact that they are sending weapons to assist Ukraine, following the start of Russia's military operation last February.
