At a time when the stalemate is dominating talks aimed at reviving the 2015 nuclear deal between Iran and the major powers,

Developments continue following the recent adoption by the IAEA Board of Governors of a resolution on Iran's "insufficient cooperation" with the International Organization, noting that Tehran has not provided sufficient clarification on the finding of traces of nuclear material at three undeclared sites.

Iran, for its part, condemned the IAEA's decision, considering it hasty and unbalanced, and warning that it would weaken the process of cooperation between Iran and the IAEA.

Subsequently, the Iranian Government announced the separation of some IAEA surveillance cameras at an Iranian nuclear facility, noting that those cameras were not part of Tehran's pledge to the safeguards agreement recently signed with the Agency.

In statements with Iran's Tasnim Agency, National Security and Foreign Policy Committee member Abu Fazl Amoyi said that "the basis of the recent IAEA resolution was totally unacceptable given Iran's full cooperation with IAEA."

The National Security and Foreign Policy Committee of the Iranian Parliament also confirmed that "Iran's obligations outside safeguards have been suspended in full following the IAEA resolution."

"In this context, the Islamic Republic of Iran's response has been to cease cooperation outside the safeguards that exist so far," Amwai added, continuing: "Of course, a large part of this cooperation has already been interrupted within the framework of the implementation of the Parliament Act. However, following the IAEA resolution against Iran, the other part of the proceedings, which included the decommissioning of an additional 27 IAEA surveillance cameras in recent days, was suspended. "

Washington replied that its return to mutual compliance with Iran's nuclear deal depended on Tehran abandoning its demands that "go beyond" the JCPOA, a possible reference to Tehran's demand to remove the Revolutionary Guard from a U.S. list of terrorist organizations.
