President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi meets with His Highness Sheikh Mishaal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, Crown Prince of the State of Kuwait, in the presence of the delegations of the two countries.

The Spokesman for the Presidency of the Republic, Ambassador Bassam Radi said today that the President, during his one-day visit to Kuwait, met with His Highness Sheikh Mishaal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber.
President El-Sisi thanked for the warm reception and hospitality, stressing the privacy of the close relations that bind the two brotherly countries and what unites them in a single destiny and future, and Egypt’s keenness to develop close and distinguished cooperation between the two countries at various levels, in an effort to consolidate security, stability and development and for the interest of the two peoples The two brothers and the Arab nation, in addition to the keen coordination with Kuwait towards the developments taking place in the Middle East, in light of the Egyptian-Kuwaiti cooperation and coordination represented as a mainstay for achieving regional stability, and a major pillar of the priorities and constants of Egyptian policy.

For his part, His Highness the Kuwaiti Crown Prince welcomed the President, stressing the appreciation and affection that the State of Kuwait has for Egypt, the leadership and people, in light of the depth and strength of the deep-rooted historical relations and ties that unite the two countries, as well as the important role of the Egyptian community in the construction and development process in Kuwait as a bridge of interdependence between the two peoples. Therefore, the Kuwaiti side was keen to enhance cooperation with Egypt at all levels, and to consult and coordinate with it on a regular basis on various issues. And push forward the bonds of joint Arab action.

The Spokesman added that the meeting dealt with exchanging views on the most prominent files on the regional arena, and it was agreed to continue making joint efforts to enhance cooperation and coordination to confront the growing challenges and threats to regional security and the stability of Arab countries and peoples.
