A US network reported today that US President Joe Biden not only insults his enemies in secret, but also mocks his friends.

The American television network, citing anonymous sources, said that Biden claims that Russian President Vladimir Putin is a "man with nuclear weapons and no friends" behind closed doors.

It was not only the Russian President who had fallen into the verbal line of fire of the United States President.

Biden said of German Chancellor Olaf Scholz, "No more Angela Merkel," and described British Prime Minister Boris Johnson as "noisy."

Biden also targeted French President Emmanuel Macron, claiming his Paris counterpart had only one wish to be Charles de Gaulle.

In response, United States Security Council spokeswoman Emily Horn denied the allegations and defended Biden: "This anonymous gossip in no way resembles what the President says or thinks about the counterparts he respects."
