As cases of chickenpox increase by the day, with questions abound about the symptoms of this virus and how similar they are to the common disease of chickenpox, the British newspaper Sun reported that chickenpox and monkey chickenpox together cause rashes on the body, along with fever and fatigue.
Chickenpox, a rare disease that first emerged in Africa, began spreading days ago in a number of countries of the world, with symptoms usually lasting between 5 and 21 days, including: fever - headache - muscle pain - back pain - swollen lymph nodes - chills - fatigue, and then the appearance of rashes (sometimes itchy) on the face, hands and feet.
Chickenpox: The main difference between the two is that chickenpox does not usually cause headache and enlarged lymph nodes. It is also more targeted at children, pregnant women and immunocompromised individuals.
The Sun explained that chickenpox causes severe itching that makes the infected person feel "unhappy," highlighting that "adults who develop chickenpox usually experience symptoms for longer."
"Before the onset of the rash, the patient may suffer from high temperature, pain and loss of appetite."
