With very few calories and a large amount of vitamins and minerals, oranges and uranium represent the pride of citrus fruits in winter.

And while oranges and uranium are healthy bombs rich in vitamins and dietary values, is there a healthy reason to prefer one or is it all a matter of taste and smell?

The nutritional value of Portuguese and uranium is very similar. Both are relatively low in calories and rich in water and contain almost no fat and are a good source of dietary fiber, both of which contain high concentration of antioxidants of different types, and are rich in calcium and aromatic oils that have a beneficial effect on the digestive system.

Medium orange contains 47 calories, 10 grams of sugar, 180 milligrams of potassium, 53 milligrams of vitamin C and 2.4 grams of fibre.

Uranium of the same size contains 45 calories, 10 grams of sugar, 175 milligrams of potassium, 45 milligrams of vitamin C and 2.3 grams of fiber.

Along with many similarities, there are some gaps that can make you focus more on one of the fruits.

Orange

Oranges contain a relatively higher proportion of vitamin C, which is responsible, among other things, for reducing cold drops, an antioxidant important for the production of collagen in the skin.

Vitamin C helps maintain a beautiful skin appearance, by helping to combat skin damage from the sun and air pollution. In addition, oranges contain more lemon acid or streak acid that has the effect of preventing the formation of kidney pebbles, and drinking orange juice is known to reduce polyac acidity and is thus effective in treating kidney pebbles.

In addition, oranges outperform uranium with higher proportions of vitamin A, which, among other things, is responsible for improving vision, contains more vitamin E, which protects against cardiovascular disease, and contains a high concentration of anti-oxidant limonine that kills cancer cells.

Uranium

Uranium exceeds the rates of B6 and B1 vitamins, and vitamins that help increase metabolism.

Vitamin B1 deficiency can lead to weakness, anorexia, weight loss, insomnia and memory impairment. Uranium also contains more folic acid, which reduces the risk of cardiovascular disease.

In addition, uranium is known to be particularly useful in treating respiratory diseases such as bronchitis, oral inflammation and asthma.
