As part of the easing of restrictions against the Corona virus, the Tunisian presidency said that the country would ease its night curfew and allow cafes and restaurants to open until 10 p.m.

This comes amid a marked increase in vaccination rates and a decline in the number of corona infections.

The presidency has reduced curfew hours from midnight to 5 a.m., instead of 10 p.m. to 5 a.m.

Tunisia recorded approximately 2900 new corona infections and 30 deaths on Tuesday.

Of the total 11.6 million people, about 4.7 million have received the vaccine so far, including 1.8 million fully vaccinated.
