With the outbreak of the Corona virus, day after day the epidemiological situation in Iran is worsening. Within one week, the number of high-risk red cities, according to epidemiological reality indicators, jumped by 23.

According to the Iranian Ministry of Health, because of Kufid-19 in Iran, the number of red-rated cities was 359, 59 were in the orange block and 30 were in the yellow block, with no city remaining in the blue block.

According to Government health sources, hospitals and health centres are experiencing unprecedented overcrowding, amid the filling of beds, the shortage of intensive care units and oxygen, and the fatigue and shortage of medical personnel, which are no longer sufficient to cover and deal with the large number of cases.

Cemeteries in major cities such as the capital city of Tehran, Isfahan and Mashhad are under constant pressure from the rising number of deaths among people living with the deadly virus, so much so that cemetery workers work long overtime to be able to bury HIV victims.

Referring to the authorities' responsibility for this serious epidemic that is taking the lives of thousands of citizens, health observers see these frightening figures as a sign that the catastrophe of the pandemic in Iran is doubling.

As a result, calls have been made to prosecute Iranian mentor Ali Khamenei for the deaths of tens of thousands of Iranians because of his decision to boycott the American and Western vaccines, thereby denying those victims the chance to survive if they had received the vaccine against the virus.

According to Iranian rights sources, authorities have arrested a group of activists and jurists who have called for Khamenei's trial, amid rising public discontent over the Iranian regime's failure to confront the corona virus.
