Wildfires continue in the world and not only depend on the physical damage in the locations from which they erupted, they have extended to blend with the pandemic to pose a greater danger in the plight of the world.

A team of researchers at Harvard University found that there was a correlation between high levels of particulate matter pollution associated with forest fire smoke and high incidence of corona virus infections and deaths.

The US "Washington Post" explained that the increased corona injuries were associated with pollution, in some counties of California and Washington, which were subject to heavy forest fires.

As a result, researchers linked 41% of Covid-19 deaths to the high levels of fire smoke that broke out in Bute County in July.

Previous studies have indicated from the beginning of the pandemic the extent to which air pollution and increased intensity of corona infections are associated in countries with high levels of pollution. The toll count hasn't ended yet, but Suisse Re estimated global disaster losses to be $42 billion due to winter ice levels, cold storms and forest fires.
