The Philippines has agreed to conduct clinical trials on a vaccine that protects against Covid-19 disease produced by the "Jansen" company affiliated to "Johnson & Johnson" of the American pharmaceutical industries.

The head of the Philippine Food and Drug Administration, Rolando Enrique Domingo, confirmed that his country may start testing in the next few weeks.

He added that his administration is still evaluating the applications of the last-phase experiments of "Sinovac" and "Clover".
