The Sultan of Oman has called for the implementation of the Employment Plan for over 32 thousand jobs during this year, including 12 1,000 jobs in the civil and military sector of the Government in accordance with the actual needs of the various actors.

She continued: "Within the framework of the Sultan's directives and the efforts of the Government to find all ways to support the priority of employment in all the plans considered, a new set of operational initiatives has been launched, as part of the Government's concern to provide job opportunities for job-seekers and end-of-service workers under the current phase of the global economic situation, which has resulted in a contraction in the labour market, as well as the effects of the Corona pandemic.
