Since the outbreak of fighting on April 15 between the Sudanese army and the Rapid Support Forces militias, Sudan has fallen into chaos with the two sides entering into more than one truce, but they all failed with many violations, residents of the capital Khartoum said that the city was subjected to heavy shelling that disrupted efforts to deliver aid to besieged civilians, aid workers, and civilians said that there is an acute shortage of basic services, medical care, food and water with the expiration of the last truce.
