"Aggressive" interception of an EU border patrol plane by a Russian fighter

 A Russian Sukhoi-35 fighter jet "in an aggressive manner" intercepted a Polish Border Guard aircraft flying a mission over the Black Sea near the Romanian border, which almost led to a collision, according to the Romanian authorities.
