Negotiations between the army and the"Rapid Support" are expected to resume on Thursday, October 26, as determined by the Saudi - American mediation, which is

expected to take place at three levels, starting with the humanitarian file, then the military security, and finally the political file.

A member of the sovereign Council and deputy commander-in-chief of the Army, Lieutenant General Shams al-Din al-Kabashi, confirmed to army officers and the general

intelligence service in the interim capital Port Sudan, that the army has received an official invitation from mediation and the negotiating delegation will head to Jeddah to

resume negotiations next Thursday. Al-kabbashi revealed that the army's vision is based on establishing and building on the Jeddah agreement, on May 11, pointing out that

there are no reservations by him regarding humanitarian work and providing the necessary assistance, "in a way that does not contradict our policies and national security".

The deputy commander-in-chief stressed the government's seriousness in reaching an agreement on the security and military files, but with clear and known bases, stressing

not to give up rights, sovereignty or security, and without "God forgiving the above," referring to the principle of calculation.

"Finally, the announced and official delegation of the Armed Forces will arrive in Jeddah on Thursday to finalize the formula that was concluded between it and the rapid

support for the ceasefire, and this will coincide with the announcement of the result of the Addis Ababa meetings of the civil forces unity," wrote the leader of the Alliance for

freedom and change - Central Council Erwa Al-Sadiq on the "X"platform. Al-Sadiq pointed out that the negotiations on the military files will be carried out separately.

On the field, the intensity of ground clashes has increased significantly in several areas of Khartoum state, especially in the city of Omdurman, which witnessed violent

confrontations between the two parties, and military sources revealed that vanguard of the Army infantry supported by artillery, aviation and marches moved from the Wadi

Sedna military base, reached the engineers corps area, and clashed on their way with several bases of the "Rapid Support" forces in the same sources said that clashes also

Engineers south of Omdurman, Al-fitaihab neighborhoods and Abu Asaad squares witnessed violent ground clashes that continued throughout the day on Sunday.

In contrast, the "Rapid Support" forces intensified their bombardment on army outposts north of Omdurman, and several artillery shells landed on the neighborhoods of al-

Thawra Lane 8 and 42, causing many civilians to suffer various injuries, and citizens were forced to evacuate the entire Sabrin market area next door, and "Rapid Support"

broadcast on the "X" platform a video documenting what he described as his victories, enumerating the battles he fought since the outbreak of the war six months ago, and

in another video documented the process of handing over the operator of the oil pipeline at the direction of their senior leadership.

Meanwhile, the sessions of the founding meeting to form a broad civil front to stop the war and restore the Democratic civil transition will begin in the Ethiopian capital, Addis

Ababa, on Monday, after it was postponed for a day in order to enable all participants to attend, and the meetings will discuss the political vision to end the war and restore

democracy and the mechanisms of the General Conference of the front, expected to be held next November.
