Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey on Tuesday mocked the social networking site Facebook and his new slogan with a satirical tweet.

On Monday, Facebook announced a new slogan to distinguish the company from its social networking applications such as Instagram and WhatsApp.

"From Twitter to Twitter," Dorsey wrote on Twitter mocking the new Facebook slogan, referring to the futility of the slogan.

The latest tweet comes as a new episode in the semi-permanent Dorsey attack and criticism of Facebook and the policies of its CEO, Mark Zuckerberg.

Last week, Dorsey announced a ban on political advertising on Twitter, unlike Facebook's position on the same type of advertising.

Dorsey stressed that Twitter's position does not contradict freedom of expression, which is the argument behind Facebook in its support for the dissemination of political advertising.
