In addition to the "El Clasico" match that was held in the Spanish league between Real Madrid and Barcelona, there is another "Clasico" between the two teams' defense stars, namely Sergio Ramos and Gerard Pique.

It is known that the two rivals usually make comments after their Clasico matches, and are often offensive.

After Barcelona lost the last El Clásico two goals without charge, his star Gerard Pique came out with an exciting statement criticizing Real Madrid's performance in the first half of the match.

Barcelona could not find its way in the first half to the Royal team, while Vinicius Jr. and Mariano Diaz were able to score two goals for the hospitality in the second half, for Real Madrid to return to the top of the Spanish League, and the Catalan team to return to second place.

Pique insisted that his team dominated the match in the first half, but admitted that his club was not at its best, saying: "This was one of the worst Real Madrid offers faced in the Santiago Bernabeu during the first half."

He added that in the second half of the match Real Madrid pressed a lot and scored the first goal "in a disappointing moment", noting that "the Blaugrana" had to make the most of the first half.

"I am not saying that as a matter of criticism, every team has its problems. We were able to impose our control, and if we took advantage of the opportunities in the first half, it would have been difficult for them to come up with this result," Pique added, according to the British newspaper "Daily Mail".

Despite the loss, Pique insisted that his team would return to win the Spanish championship in the end, saying: "I think we have enough to win the first division championship."

These statements would not go without a response from his counterpart, Real Sergio Ramos, who initially stressed that he respects the opinions of others, but added, "I prefer winning all El Clasico games if that means playing badly in the first half as he thinks."

Ramos admitted that Barcelona dominated the first half of the match, although he did not pose a threat to his team, before the Real regained the initiative in the second half, and resolved the match with two goals without reply.

Ramos said that the important thing in this matter is "to regain the lead ... and indeed we succeeded in achieving our goal, and if we had lost the meeting, we would have fallen behind Barcelona by 5 points, and the situation would have been more complicated ... but we would have been fighting until the end."

Ramos stressed that Real Madrid needed this "fusion with the fans", and this victory and this joy.

The former Sevilla star expressed his happiness at the presence of Cristiano Ronaldo in the Bernabeu and his vision of the victory of his former colleagues.
