It seems that the war in Ukraine went to another tragedy way as since 2 months Russia is losing lot of soliders and weapons adding to the areas that it was occupied before.

That what the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense showed today in his declaration saying that Russia lost 48,670 personnel in December and 48,240 in January making them the two bloodiest months of the entire conflict.

The casualty figures, which average 1,556 people per day, include those killed, wounded, captured or missing and highlight the ongoing willingness of Russian leaders to sacrifice lives in pursuit of their strategic aims.

The number takes Russian losses to 841,660, according to Ukrainian intelligence, as Vladimir Putin’s forces continue to launch offensives in the Kursk and Donetsk regions.

North Korean soldiers were deployed to the conflict zone in late 2024 as Moscow and Pyongyang struck an agreement to help one another avoid the full impact of western sanctions.

Ukrainian special forces who have engaged Kim Jong Un’s soldiers on the battlefield have spoken of their bravery, fitness and proficiency with small arms.

One Ukrainian Company Commander recently told of their innovative tactics of using soldiers as bait for drones to allow others to shoot them down as he described how many will blow themselves up with grenades rather than be captured.

Volodymyr Demchenko, a Ukrainian soldier, wrote on X last month: “The Koreans have impeccable marksmanship training, which is crucial given their style of warfare. The statistics on the small drones they have destroyed attest to this fact.”

He added that their human bait tactic should “tell you something about their moral resilience in the face of what I believe is the most terrifying anti-personnel weapon available today.”

Western Officials believe that North Korea deployed around 11,000 troops to aid Russia’s war effort, with around 1,000 of those already being killed.

It is believed that North Korean troops have been pulled from the frontline, with Ukrainian intelligence reporting that they have not been seen in over a fortnight.
