The spokesman for the Russian presidency, Dmitry Peskov, stressed the impossibility of discussing the issue of Crimea with any party and in any form.

Asked about the reaction of the Kremlin, Pskov said if the Ukrainian president, Vladimir Zelinsky, raised the question of the status of the Crimea during the upcoming meeting between Russia, the United States and Ukraine in this regard: "Here there is no reaction to the Kremlin .. Crimea is discussed in any way. "

Russian President Vladimir Putin and Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelinsky are due to meet in Paris at the Normandy summit on December 9, Russian presidential aide Yuri Ushakov said earlier.

Crimea returned to Russia after the March 2014 referendum, where the vast majority of citizens voted in favor of the return of the peninsula to the Russian Federation, after the coup in Ukraine in February of the same year.
