A British biotechnology company is heading to phase two of a nose - spraying spray test, where the virus decimates corona and paralyzes its ability to attack cells.

It should be noted that Halo Therapeutics is seeking to market its new treatment, which it says changes the form of "squirrel protein" in the virus, preventing it from breaking into the body's cells.

The British company, composed of scientists working at the University of Bristol in Britain, states that its studies show that promising treatments address all new strains including British, South African and Brazilian.

Previous research found that exposure of the corona virus to linoleic acid leaves the "squirrel protein" confined to a non-infectious frame.

This acid is found within the human body, by treating food consumed by humans.

A study published in Scientific Magazine, Science last November, that "linoleic acid," together with the Remdesivir treatment, was able to prevent the reproduction of the virus.

The British company is currently aiming to conduct several phase II trials in parallel to test this treatment further, in particular the spray mixer and spray device.

Professor Emery Berger, Director of the Centre for Biology at the University of Bristol, says: "The goal of our treatment is to significantly reduce the amount of the virus entering the body and prevent it from reproduction."

He continued: "Then, even if people are infected or exposed to the virus, the infection will not be severe, as treatment will prevent the virus from spreading."

"More importantly, the amount of viruses will be very low, so it's also likely to stop the outbreak of infection," Professor Berger added.
