A recent study found that if a member of your family is infected with the new corona virus, you are also less likely to be infected.
Researchers in Boston, America, reportedly studied more than 7000 families, one of whom was infected by Covid-19.
The results found that only one in 10 people with corona transferred it to someone living with them at home.
She continued: "The likelihood of transmitting the virus to someone with whom you live was also lower for the larger families."
The study further stated that the risk of HIV infection at home from a person with whom you live is high for people with certain health conditions, such as asthma, cancer or obesity.
Earlier, a review of 54 studies published in JAMA Network Open in December 2020 found an inter-household transmission rate of 16.6 percent.
