According to a source at the Euro - Mediterranean Earthquake Monitoring Centre, today a 6.3 magnitude earthquake struck Qinghae in northern China, explaining that the epicenter of the earthquake occurred at a depth of 10 kilometers.

The American Institute of Geophysics also reported that the earthquake shook the remote province of Qinghae, northwest of China, noting that it had been identified at a depth of 10 kilometers, and 140 kilometers northwest of Xinying.

It should be noted that last week, 22 people were injured by a 5.4 magnitude earthquake on the Richter scale that hit areas in the southwest.
