As tensions rise in Gaza, marked by a total blockade and the prevention of humanitarian aid from entering the strip, Egyptian President Abdul Fattah El-Sisi has voiced strong support for the Palestinian people. Following a call with Iraqi Prime Minister Mohammed Elsudany on Tuesday, El-Sisi reaffirmed Egypt’s unwavering stance, declaring that Palestinians are the rightful owners of the Gaza Strip, the West Bank, and East Jerusalem.

“Palestinians are the owners of the Gaza Strip, It is not accepted to displace them from their lands,” President El-Sisi stated.

The Egyptian leader called on Israel to cease its operations in Gaza, emphasizing that the ongoing bloodshed and blockade will not lead to any constructive outcomes. He stressed the urgent need for the delivery of food and medical aid to the region, underscoring Egypt’s commitment to advocating for peace and justice.
