Tunisia strongly condemned the terrorist attack that targeted yesterday the church of Marmina in Helwan, south of Cairo, Egypt.
In a statement issued today, Tunisian Foreign Ministry stressed on the importance to continue regional and international efforts and

strengthen coordination to counter the abhorrent phenomenon of terrorism that threatens the security and safety of the countries of the region and the world.

The criminal and terrorist incident was happened before yesterday at time of prayer in the church when a terrorist opened random fire on the prayers...where 10 were killed and 6 injuried.

    Commenting on media reports that the Sudanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs sent a letter to the United Nations to declare its rejection of the Convention on the Delimitation of Maritime Borders between Saudi Arabia and the Arab Republic of Egypt signed on April 8, 2016, official MFA Spokesperson Counselor Ahmed Abu Zeid asserted Egypt’s absolute rejection of the allegations the letter entailed regarding Sudanese sovereignty over the Halayeb and Shalateen area or the claim that Egypt occupies them.

The MFA Spokesperson added that the Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs is in the process of sending a letter to the United Nations to reject the Sudanese letter and the allegations it entailed in this regard, and to assert that Halayeb and Shalateen are Egyptian territories inhabited by Egyptian citizens under Egyptian sovereignty.

    Egyptian Attorney General announced today the rise of the martyrs of the attack on the mosque in Al-Rawda in Bir al-Abed  near of Al-Arish city,north of Sinai  to 305, including 28 children under the age of ten and injured 128 people in the worst terrorist operation against Muslims in the Islamic countries at all.

Amid huge surprise hit the Egyptian and Arabic societies, and while they are preparing for the celebrating with the birthday of prophet Mohammed "PPUH", about 25 to 30 terrorists one group of 5 cars attacked
 a mosque in the town of Bir al-Abed, 20 km from the city of El-Arish,the terrorists belong to ISIL terrorist group "Daesh" who opened random fire on more than 500 people were praying , 305 people were killed according to the latest counting of the number of dead and about 128  wounded while 28 children were killed under 10 age  during Friday prayers.

It is noteworthy that the mosque is the only one in the city, which has a population of about 2500 people are all of them Muslims belonging to the Sufi community
In the view of the terrorists who have no religion to them, think that the Muslim Sufi is infidel...So they went and closed the doors or the mosque and opened the heavy fires one the prayers during their praying .
28 innocent children have been victims of this attack for less than 10 years. Almost all the families in that village have lost one of their relatives and now most of the women have lost their men.

 President of Egypt Abdul Fattah Alsisi met with Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, of the Security Committee, which includes the Ministers of Defense and Interior and the Head of the General Intelligence Service before tell a short word , promised the Egyptian to revenge for them strongly and they won't go out without punishment.

Last year in the same occasion the terrorists exploded 2 churches in Egypt one was in Tanta city and the others was in Alexandria, this year they chose the mosque of Muslims, to prove that they have no religions and Islam is away of them , the radical groups are true criminal and the silence on them from the international community is another crime.

    In an unusual and swift move by the Sudanese government, the Sudan Tribune "News" website announced that the Sudanese Council of Ministers has passed laws relating to land and maritime borders with Egypt, South Sudan and Ethiopia. The statement focused on the disputed borders with Egypt specifically where The government statement from Sudan says:

The Sudanese cabinet on Thursday approved draft laws relating to land and sea borders in the country, which is suffering border disputes with neighboring countries, especially with Egypt over the Halaib border.

Experts blame the Sudanese government for the failure of a body called "Maritime Interest" as a sovereign authority to sponsor the interests of the Sudan in the regional and high-level Bahrain and the economic zone and maritime borders.

The Council of Ministers approved the salary on Thursday under the chairmanship of First Vice President, Prime Minister Bakri Hassan Saleh, the draft National Commission for the border for the year 2017, presented by the Minister of the Presidency Fazl Abdullah.

According to the speaker of the Council of Ministers, Omar Mohammed Saleh, the importance of the law lies in the fact that it "establishes the Commission and its permanent technical committee, which studies and makes recommendations regarding the characterization, planning and confirmation of borders."

Since 1958, Sudan and Egypt have been in control of the Halaib Triangle, located in the far north-eastern region of the Sudan on the Red Sea coast, where Egypt imposed its military control of the region in 1995.

Sudan also disputes the state of southern Sudan around the Abyei area "south", as well as Ethiopian encroachment on the territory of "Al-Fashqa" in the state of Gadarif "east".

In the same context, the Council of Ministers approved the draft of the Maritime Areas and the Continental Shelf Act of 2017, presented by the Minister of State in the Ministry of Defense, Ali Salem.

Under the draft law, the Territorial Sea and Continental Shelf Act of 1970 is repealed.

The draft contained new terms such as "marine areas, straight baselines, exclusive economic zone and adjacent area and State rights".

The draft law dealt with the provisions on the high seas, combating human trafficking and piracy and combating trafficking in narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances.

The Minister of State of the Ministry of Justice, Tahani Tour Aldba, met with the delegation of the International Maritime Organization (IMO), which is currently visiting Khartoum with the aim of exchanging experiences related to maritime laws and legislation and harmonizing them with international agreements.

Egyptian President Abdel-Fattah al-Sisi said during a meeting on October 22 in Cairo with Iraqi Prime Minister Haidar al-Abadi that Egypt has been supportive

of Iraq and continues to be supportive to Iraq in its war against terrorism as well to  its extension of the federal authority.

The Iraqi MP Haider Al-abadi stressed on the importance of strengthening relations with the Arab Republic of Egypt in various fields.

The correspondent and director of Castle Journal (Iraq Office) ,followed  the statements by the Office of the Prime Minister of Iraq about his  visit to Egypt recently, who said;

  "Mr. President Abdul Fattah Al-sisi  congratulated Iraq for its  victories that were achieved against the gangs of terrorist , expressing his support for the unity of Iraq, And he is still supportive of Iraq in its war against terrorism and supports the steps of the Iraqi government to extend the federal authorit.

 From the Iraqi side , Dr. Haider Abadi stressed on the importance of strengthening relations with the Arab Republic of Egypt in various fields to serve the interests of the two brotherly peoples, and work together to build great ties between the 2 nations.

President sisi also called for Iraq's achievement  on the development and extension of security and how it could to confront the disputes and wars, noting the importance of fighting the roots of terrorism and cooperation in the fields of reconstruction and construction. "


The Iraqi prime minister arrived in Egypt on a one-day visit, where the official reception ceremony for Dr. Abadi was played by the Iraqi and Egyptian anthems. Al-Abadi discussed with Egyptian Prime Minister Sherif Ismail the strengthening of bilateral cooperation between the two countries, the fight against terrorism and the political and security situation in the region. Iraqi vision for the future of the region, which is based on development and the extension of security rather than differences and wars.

    According to a statement said by the Egyptian Interior Ministry announced the killing of 16 policemen in a raid on terrorist hideout in Giza  at morning of Friday and the forces could to end on 15 terrorists.

     In completion of the declared efforts to chasing terrorist hideouts as terrorist elements try to shake the stability of the country, and in the light of the information received by the national security sector that a number of terrorist elements were hiding at 135K Al-Wahat road in Giza governorate, and in the light of using the place for training to carry out terrorist operations, taking advantage of the rugged nature of the desert that makes them move freely.


In the light of this information, the forces were prepared to carry out two missions from the two governorates of Giza and Fayyoum to raiding this area. However, when the first mission approached the whereabouts of the terrorist elements, the terrorists realized that the forces are approaching them and they started targeting them using heavy weapons from all sides. The police forces have exchanged fire with the terrorist elements for hours, leaving 16 policemen dead (11 officers, 4 conscripts, 1 sergeant) and 13 others injured including 4 officers and 9 conscripts and a search is underway for one missing police officer from Giza Security Directorate.


Later on, the adjacent areas of the scene of the events were combed by supporting forces, and 15 terrorist elements were killed and injured where some of them were evacuated from the scene by fugitives, and combing and chasing operations are still ongoing.


The Interior Ministry, while extending condolences to its brave martyrs who sacrificed their lives in defense of the homeland and the citizens, stresses that such terrorist crimes will not sap the determination of the Egyptian policemen for uprooting terrorism and defending our cherished nation.

Moreover, the Interior Ministry calls upon different media outlets to be accurate before publishing any security-related information, urging them to rely only on the official sources according to the applicable standards in this regard. They should also give the bodies concerned the opportunity to verify information, particularly in view of the developments of the security confrontations. Otherwise, this would negatively affect the confrontation operations and the morale of the forces.


This statement was issued immediately after the martyrs and injured were evacuated.

Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi during his speech at the conference the global financial inclusion with the presence of the most important leaders of the economy in the world and the participation of 120 countries, said that the Egyptian government has taken a number of decisions in the past

Belongs to The reform of the Egyptian economy, which led to reduce the budget deficit during the last quarter of the past year 2016-2017  with 9.5%, stressing that they set their goal is to reduce inflation rates for nearly 13% in 2018.

The President added in his speech that Egypt aims to run reforms in Economic system so it can have an attractive program of investment on its territory , concurrently with the enactment of a number of laws that facilitate the movement of dealing and trading in investment, thus boosting the growth of the economy in Egypt, which actually occurred in the last quarter of last fiscal year by 4.9%.

President Sisi pointed out that there is a general orientation of the State to take care of small and medium projects to allow the participation of young people and with the support of their middle projects , it will raise the proportion of internal investments also.

Egypt also succeeded  In  the rise of the foreign currency reserve to over $ 36 billion , which is considered a great achievement in light of the decline of the global economy and the economic and political pressures on the country, including the war on terror.

Moreover, Egypt is striving to reduce inflation by 13% in 2018 and to consolidate the unified investment law and reduce the balance of trade deficit. He believes that all these factors are basically factors that attract investment.
