Liverpool’s expected lineup against Tottenham today in the Carabao Cup

Liverpool will face Tottenham tonight, Thursday, in an important summit match at Anfield Stadium in the second leg of the semi-finals of the English League Cup (Carabao Cup).

The first leg between the two teams at Tottenham’s new stadium in the English capital, London, ended with Tottenham winning by a single goal.

The winning team from Tottenham and Liverpool will face Newcastle in the Carabao Cup final.

Newcastle succeeded in defeating Arsenal on aggregate in the semi-finals with a score of 4-0.

Liverpool plans to retain their title as Carabao Cup champion after winning the title last season.

The Dutch coach Arne Slot, Liverpool’s technical director, is expected to play the Tottenham match with the team’s striking force and the presence of Mohamed Salah, the team’s top scorer, at the top of the lineup.

The Liverpool lineup against Tottenham is expected to include the following players:

In goal: Alisson Becker.

In defence: Connor Bradley, Ibrahima Konate, Van Dijk and Kostas Tsimikas.

In midfield: Ryan Gravenberch, Alexis Mac Allister and Dominik Szoboszlai.

In attack: Mohamed Salah, Cody Gakpo and Luis Diaz.
